Description
Digital Colorimeter Kit is designed for measuring the concentration of chemical solutions in student and teaching laboratory environments. The instrument provides both transmission and absorption measurement options through an LCD display, giving users a practical way to observe and compare solution concentration during chemistry experiments.
The colour selection is built into the unit, with red, yellow, green and blue internal light source options available for different measurement requirements. Automatic zero and calculation functions are managed by the internal microprocessor, supporting easier operation during routine student laboratory work.
The unit operates from a 9V battery for portable use and can also run from a standard 240/12V AC plug pack if the battery is flat. A low battery indication is provided, helping users identify when battery power needs attention before or during operation.
The kit is supplied complete with 6 cuvettes and 4 test tubes for sample handling. It also includes selectable 0–4V or 0–5V analogue output signal options for compatible logging software, making it suitable for practical data collection activities where analogue output is required.
