Description
Flat Block for Vials is designed for use with compatible dry block heaters to support controlled heating, warming, and temperature conditioning of laboratory vials across a wide range of laboratory workflows. Designed to suit the full range of compatible dry block heaters, the block may also fit many other dry block heater brands, providing flexible integration into research, analytical, educational, and industrial laboratory environments.
Manufactured from solid anodised aluminium, the block delivers rapid heat transfer, fast heat-up performance, and excellent temperature uniformity. The solid construction supports efficient thermal conductivity, helping provide stable and consistent heating conditions for compatible vial applications.
All blocks are supplied with a thermometer reference hole to support independent temperature checking where required. The durable anodised aluminium construction is designed for dependable day-to-day laboratory use, offering efficient block heating performance and reliable sample temperature control when used with compatible dry block heater systems.
Where a standard configuration is unsuitable, customised block options are available upon request, with 50 mm, 80 mm, and 100 mm depth options to accommodate a broad range of laboratory applications and vial handling requirements.
