Description
The Manifold Kit for Dry Block Heaters from LabChoice Australia is designed for controlled evaporation, gas distribution, and multi-sample laboratory processing applications. Suitable for use with compatible digital dry block heaters, this system provides a reliable and flexible solution for laboratories requiring consistent gas delivery across multiple samples.
The manifold system features removable stainless steel needles designed to suit standard block configurations, with options ranging from 1 to 30 ports to accommodate different sample capacities. Blanking needles are also available when not all outlets are required, allowing laboratories to configure the system according to individual workflow needs.
Retort stands, sold separately, attach to the heater to support the manifold assembly and provide adjustable height and clearance. The manifold can be positioned easily, secured with a single clamping screw, and removed when not required. Individual control valves located at the rear of the heater allow independent regulation of gas flow to the manifold, helping improve control, repeatability, and operational flexibility.
