Description
Designed for use in high humidity and CO2 environments, this product group supports controlled orbital shaking inside a CO2 incubator as well as general shaker use outside the chamber. The main unit uses a magnetic drive with sealed electrical coils for maintenance free operation and long service life, while the matching accessory options allow selection of the shaker only, the flask clamp and platform kit, or the platform only. Its compact footprint, detachable external control box, and low heat dissipation make it especially suitable for incubator-based applications.
CO2 Orbital Shaker, 30 to 300 rpm No Accessories Type
Cat. No. 105008. This CO2 orbital shaker is developed for use in high humidity and CO2 environments and can also be used as a common shaker outside the incubator. Its driven mechanism is composed of magnets and sealed electrical coils, eliminating the need to replace belts while supporting maintenance free operation and long life. The controller can be detached from the shaker body so speed can be controlled remotely, and the external control box with LED display allows adjustment without opening the chamber door. Specially treated mechanical components protect operation in up to 20% CO2 and 95% humidity conditions, while minimal heat dissipation helps avoid affecting chamber conditions. Specifications include a speed range of 30 rpm to 300 rpm, timer from 0 to 99 h 59 min with continuous mode, orbit diameter of 19 mm, platform dimensions of 355 x 300 mm, maximum load of 6 kg, ambient temperature range of 5 to 60, and power supply AC100 to 240 V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Outside dimensions are machine body 360 x 300 x 96 mm, control box 360 x 105 x 75 mm, and total unit 360 x 405 x 96 mm. Weight is 17.5 kg for the machine body and 1 kg for the control box. Maximum flask capacity is stated as 50 ml x 30, 100 ml x 15, 150 ml x 15, 200 ml x 15, 250 ml x 15, 500 ml x 9, 1000 ml x 6, 2000 ml x 4, 3000 ml x 2, and 5000 ml x 1. This version is supplied without accessories.

Cat. No. 105009. This accessory kit is supplied for the NEST CO2 Orbital Shaker and contains the flask clamps and aluminum platform listed for shaker setup. The kit includes 100 ml flask clamps x 2, 250 ml flask clamps x 4, 500 ml flask clamps x 4, 1000 ml flask clamps x 2, 2000 ml flask clamps x 2, and aluminum platform x 1. The supplied note states that only coding 105009 contains these accessories.
