The Gas Manifold for Dry Block Heaters from LabChoice Australia is designed to support controlled gas distribution, evaporation, and sample concentration applications in laboratory environments. Suitable for use with compatible dry block heating systems, this manifold setup provides reliable gas delivery across multiple sample positions for improved workflow efficiency and process control.
The manifold system incorporates removable stainless steel needles to suit standard heater block configurations, with manifold options available from 1 to 30 ports depending on laboratory requirements. Blanking needles can be fitted where fewer active outlets are required, allowing flexible setup for different sample numbers and operating conditions.
Supported by compatible retort stands, sold separately, the manifold assembly offers adjustable height and positioning to provide suitable clearance above the heater block. The manifold can be mounted securely using a simple clamping arrangement and removed easily when not in use. Individual control valves positioned on the heater allow independent adjustment of gas flow, supporting accurate delivery and repeatable laboratory operation.
